What is your policy on returns?
At Montros, customers can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. A proof of purchase is necessary for all returns. Please be aware that certain products, including used watches or clearance items labeled as "Final Sale," are ineligible for return.
How long does it take for shipping?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping within the United Kingdom generally takes around 8 to 10 business days following dispatch. Delivery times might differ due to issues like courier delays or weather conditions.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, Montros ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer shipping services to international locations at this moment. Customers from outside the UK are encouraged to check back for news on future shipping alternatives.
